"I had an issue with my order..."
I had an issue with my order and had to go back and forth over a couple emails, which was a little annoying since I was trying to get it handled before the weekend. But MDX Arms did respond and ended up sending the right stuff. It wasn’t a totally smooth experience, and I think I had a half-finished coffee sitting next to me during most of the email checking, but they did make it right in the end.

I was just trying to look around and order, but the menus kept lagging, which got annoying fast. And then checkout on my phone felt confusing too, like I had to stop and figure out what was happening. i thought it would be a quick thing, but it ended up feeling way more frustrating than it should have.

My order arrived sooner than I thought it would, which was really convenient. The tracking was easy to follow from start to finish, so I always knew when to expect it. Everything showed up in good condition, and the whole process was hassle-free. I’d definitely order again...

The return policy is easy enough to understand, so that part’s fine. I just wish they gave you a bit more time to send things back, because sometimes life gets busy and then... yeah. It feels a little strict to me.

I did get a reply from customer service, so I appreciate that, but it took longer than I was hoping. They weren’t rude or anything, just not very quick to respond. Overall, I’m a bit mixed on the experience...

I ordered a couple parts from mdxarms.com for something I was putting together, and my main concern was whether they’d actually fit the way the site said they would.
When they showed up, everything lined up with my build and I didn’t have to mess with filing anything down or forcing pieces into place. That was pretty much the biggest thing I cared about.
Shipping was fine, nothing really stood out there, but the compatibility info was accurate, which was a relief. I’d probably order from them again if I need similar parts.

Site was fine. Easy enough to use. But the brand choices felt limited. I looked for a few names I usually buy. Couldn’t find them. Kind of a letdown.

I found the product details easy to understand, and comparing options wasn’t a hassle. The specs and photos helped a lot before I placed my order. A few pages could’ve used a little more detail, but I think part of my frustration was just bad timing on my end because I was trying to decide quickly. Overall, it was simple enough to figure out.

I’m giving 2 stars because the shipping was fine, but the order itself was messed up. One part was missing, and another item wasn’t even the one I chose. Support did eventually reply, but they said it would get sorted out sooner than it actually did, so that was frustrating. It just felt like they kept making promises and then not really following through

"FFL transfer was smooth tbh"
Did an FFL transfer here and it went smooth overall. Had to wait a little bit, but nothing too crazy lol. Staff got it handled and I was out of there without any real issues.

I ordered from mdxarms.com on Monday, or at least I’m sure it was Monday, and got the tracking info that same day. By the next morning it already looked like the package was moving, which kind of threw me off because I figured it would sit for a bit first.
It ended up showing up before the date it originally gave me, or maybe before the updated one, I lost track because it moved faster than expected. Either way, everything was packed fine and I wasn’t left wondering where it was. I’d order again.

"Compliance process felt frustrating and condescending"
I had a few basic legal compliance questions, but the answers I got were vague and not very helpful. It felt like they were talking down to me and just passing me around instead of actually trying to help. After a while I gave up and ended up ordering from somewhere else

I ordered from mdxarms.com, the fit was right on for my build. Everything lined up like it should on my firearm, with no weird forcing, filing, or messing around needed. Shipping was fine, too, and overall, I’d definitely buy from them again.

The parts fit fine overall, so no big issue there, but the finish had a few small marks and some of the machined edges felt a little rough. I expected it to look a bit cleaner, honestly. I also had to call about it and got transferred around, which was annoying. Not terrible, just not as polished as I was hoping.

"Accuracy Just Wasn’t There"
I really wanted to like this, but after using it for a while, my confidence in it pretty much faded. I tried a few different types of ammo and really took my time with it, but the groups were still all over the place. Compared to my old setup, it just didn’t feel reliable or consistent. Maybe other people had a better experience, but for me it felt like money wasted. I wouldn’t buy it again
